Shipping Policy

Slipstream Supply ships to addresses throughout New Zealand. All orders receive free shipping with no minimum spend.

Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from within New Zealand. Stock is held and dispatched by our New Zealand-based suppliers. You will not receive items from overseas warehouses or incur customs or import charges.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times depend on courier service availability and your location. Delays may occur during peak periods or public holidays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your dispatch notification for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Rural and Remote Addresses

We ship to rural delivery addresses throughout New Zealand at no extra charge. Rural deliveries may take additional time beyond the standard estimate.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched separately depending on which supplier holds each item. You may receive separate tracking notifications and parcels for a single order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@slipstreamsupply.co.nz with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
