These terms govern your use of the Slipstream Supply website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Us

Slipstream Supply is a New Zealand-based online retailer operating at slipstreamsupply.co.nz. We sell motorbike parts and accessories via a dropshipping model, fulfilling orders directly through our suppliers.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site with the consent of a parent or guardian. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST at 15% unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. We do not store your payment card details.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur between product images and the physical item, particularly in colour, finish, or packaging. These variations do not constitute grounds for a return unless the item is materially different from its description.

It is your responsibility to verify that any part or accessory is compatible with your specific vehicle before purchasing. We are not liable for costs arising from installation of an incompatible part where the incompatibility was not caused by inaccurate product information on our part.

Shipping

We ship to New Zealand addresses only. Delivery timeframes and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy is set out in our Refund Policy. Returns are accepted only in the limited circumstances described in that policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Slipstream Supply's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income, vehicle downtime, or consequential damage arising from the use or installation of any product.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Slipstream Supply. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
